Join Mike on Saturday mornings to supercharge your weekend with practices of discovery and next level experience.


Breath Work is an incredibly varied practice - it can be used to calm the nervous system, to energise and enhance vitality, to connect presently to the body, and can even catapult you into altered states of consciousness.


Mike draws on his training as a Breath Work facilitator, treatment practice in 1:1 healing techniques, and years of working with sound therapy.


Where?


Shala, 82 Brownston Street. Pop round the left hand side of the building, our door is at the back.


Shala is a new space for movement, stillness and being. Small classes, an original wooden floor, and cosy vibes.


We have 5 studio mats available on a first come first serve basis, 8 blankets and bolsters, too. 


Walk-ins welcome but booking advised to ensure a spot in our small and cosy studio.


Classes are priced $27 Casual, $20 with Trial 'Try Tri' Pass, $23 with a 5 Class Pass.
